The room was spacious, but the front desk staff seemed unfriendly.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially at Malibu Country Club, where the golf was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The staff were accommodating, and the rooms were spacious enough for our large family to relax after a long day.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options for children could be improved.

missingWrote a review on 11 Augfriendly staffcomfortable bedoverpriced breakfastdirty room
The hotel has a good central location and friendly staff. Although I encountered issues with a dirty room upon check-in that were resolved quickly and the breakfast was overpriced, overall, it was a pleasant experience. I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the thoughtful amenities.

missingWrote a review on 10 Augcomfortable roomspacious enoughcozy bedold school decornonworking tv
The King Room was comfy and spacious enough, which was a plus. Decor felt a bit old school, but it worked. The bed was pretty cozy, good for resting up. However, the TV didn’t work when I tried it and nobody came to fix it. Also, I could only see rooftops from the window. Not the best view, but there were plenty of plugs and a fridge, which was nice. Overall, the room just felt a little dated.

Comfortable bed and pillows, but room service was slow and forgot items.

missingWrote a review on 24 Jullimited seating
The pool area feels cramped with limited seating, leading to towel hogging on the deck. Noise from neighboring rooms can disrupt sleep, as I experienced multiple knocks at odd hours. Additionally, charging for bottled water in the room struck me as unnecessary at this price point.

The lobby's warm Spanish décor and inviting seating areas made it easy to relax. I appreciated the accessibility features, and the friendly staff ensured I felt comfortable moving around and enjoying my time at the Hyatt Regency Westlake.
Introduce more comfortable seating around the pool.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with premium bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and shops, yet tranquil enough for a peaceful getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable overall.
The pool area could use more seating for guests.

Had a great time with friends! The pool was awesome and we enjoyed golfing at Malibu Country Club. The restaurant was surprisingly delicious, and all the staff were super friendly. Just a heads-up, we found the bedsheets a bit dirty, but overall, it was a lovely stay, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out!
The dirty bedsheets were a disappointing aspect of our stay that housekeeping should've caught before we arrived.
